Hosted SmarterTrack error

Just recently upgraded Hosted SmarterTrack service from Trial to Subscription. Has worked fine until today. For atleast the last 5 hours my clients and I get the error below when visiting the hosted helpdesk URL. Kind of embarassing that we splurged for hosted solution to eliminate the support aspect of running a help desk and now our 24/7 helpdesk is unavailable to our clients, figured the vendors would monitor their service.

 Anyone experiencing the same issue ?
