    I found no URL for "Global" Address list from Web Interface. Or there other way to share the GAL to outlook?

    We are suffering the outlook "random replace recipient" issues too often recently. We are searching other solution to replace the "Add to Outlook" feature. 

    We are mainly running outlook 2010 now. Thanks!

Since you have active Maintenance and Support on your SmarterMail license key, I've gone ahead and created a support ticket for you from this thread.

I don't have it handy but remember serveral years ago when we had a lot of clients using Outlook 2010 we would need to fix the "random replace recipient" problem from time to time.  We found we could resolve it by following the Microsoft procedure for deleting the auto-complete database.  At the time it sounded more to me to be a known issue with Outlook than a SmarterMail specific issue.   The resolution was certainly in Outlook.
