Instant Messages - Features Missing/Removed?

Instant Messaging in ST seems to have gone backward. 
  1. I do not see an ability to see who is online (which agents) and available to receive messages...? 
  2. There is no way to delete old IM's (even though the documentation says you can).
  3. There is no way to tell if a user/agent actually saw your message

I agree, We want to use this but its really no working the way that say it should. And you cant delete
