Department bug with chat widget

Resolved
Look how the billing department is greyed out. You have to click "select one" then click back on billing department to proceed in that department. This is only happening in Firefox, not Chrome or Edge. This also happens on SmarterTools website. Check the chat widget in Firefox version 69.0.2.

We are having the same issue, intermittently, but in Chrome as well as Firefox.  We are on hosted build 7219.

I believe this issue was resolved in Build 7265 which was pushed to Hosted SmarterTrack this past weekend. Please let me know if you are still encountering this issue.
