- Log into the SmarterTrack management interface as an Administrator.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Under the Manager header, click on Brands. A list of brands will load in the content pane.
- Select the desired Brand and click the Edit button. (Alternatively, you can double click on the brand name to open its settings in the content pane.)
- Click on the Portal Options tab.
- Click Save.
When users submit a ticket at the Portal or start a live chat, the following line will appear at the bottom of the ticket and chat templates:
