Hi,
I wanted to warn you that "SmarterTools Knowledge Base" has not worked for a few days, no article or search is displayed

Hello BMark,

I'm not seeing any issues with the knowledge base in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.  Have you cleared your browser cache?  What browser are you using and have you tried a different one?

Hi Emily,
I checked with various browsers: the problem is generated when choosing the "Italian language", it seems that the search queries are not returned.
PS. I realized that the language is automatically selected by the browser

Same for french.

Some other languages displays the english articles though (i.e Arabic, Chineese,...)

Thank you for the clarification, everyone.  This is working as expected.  The only language we have our knowledge base articles in is English. So when you change the language on the portal to anything other than English you will get no results when you search.  You will need to search in English, then your browser itself should translate everything for you based on the browser language.

I just did more testing and get the same result, when I select some languages I can still see the kb articles and do a search, but other languages other than English it does not show anything.  I'm not sure why this is happening so I sent a message to the developers to look into it.  I'm changing this back to a Submitted problem until I hear back from them.

Hi All, 

We found that the kb articles show up for some languages but not others due to how we have our languages configured.  We've made some changes to our settings and the kb articles should now show up no matter what language you select.
