Why charge a subscription if nothing is being done?

It's wrong that you are continually charging a subscription fee when you're not doing any development on SmarterStats. If the product is EOL then stop charging. If I'm paying you then I expect something. There is a lot of work to be done on the product yet I've seen nothing done in a long time other than one update which still has problems as I've reported.

Neal, our Maintenance & Support subscriptions cover both development updates and support tickets, and the vast majority of SmarterStats issues are resolved here in support without the need for development engagement. With that being said, updates to the SmarterStats platform have been slower in coming due to our focus on MAPI, but fixes have been identified and released by way of custom builds in the meantime for some issues. If you have a current problem in your SmarterStats environment I suggest submitting a support ticket so we can take a look and hopefully get it resolved for you. Thanks Neal!
