IMAP not sung properly

Dear sirs

I create an IMAP account and transfer via outlook alot of emails inside folders.

Now in the web interface I cannot see some of those folders - email.

In the outlook I can see everything fine but in the web int not.

Please help me

Were these emails being transferred from one IMAP account to another IMAP account within Outlook?

these email are in a pop3 account inside my outlook and when i setup smartmail imap i just transfer via copy paste .

Nick,

It sounds like not all of the emails transferred over to your SmarterMail IMAP account.  Since you have active Maintenance and Support on your license key, you may want to open a ticket with Support for this.  While they can't troubleshoot Outlook, they can help you take a look through SmarterMail including your log files which may help shed more light on this issue.

Hi Nick.  Also, please take a look at this KB Article.  Outlook has problems with folders nested under the inbox.  Make sure all created folders are located at the root level of the mail account.

That exactly happen to me , now i know what to do . Tell me something more , if i retrieve an old imap account from an smartmail server it is better instead to use outlook ?
