Cannot send any tickets / hangs with spinning wheel

We are unable to send any tickets (since Saturday evening/July 14, 2019).

We receive tickets, but any attempt to reply:
1) Does not populate the TO field (so we manually have to enter the email).
2) Send just sits there with wheel spinning, does not send (same issue with Firefox and Chrome). 
3) No auto-reply on new tickets arriving.

Just so this is not left dangling....
SmarterTools team restarted our SmarterTrack instance and all back to normal.
