Hi Team,

My Most of the Team are expecting Emoji's and gifs in the Chat, to make chat more fun and usability when we can expect the chat.

Hello Praveen, 

Are you referring to the chat system in SmarterMail or in SmarterTrack? If SmarterTrack are you referring to the chat between employees or with the clients?

I did ask and currently this has not been suggested for any of the above 3 areas. Once I know where you are looking to have this implemented I can submit the request for you.
