Notification are not sent for tickets

We set up notifications to pop up for tickets for reminders for follow-up.  However, the notifications pop-ups are not working.

Can you please try the following steps to unblock the notifications in your browser?


You may have better luck adding your web interface address to your trusted sites as well.

Hello Kyle.

As you suggested, I added the web interface as a trusted site.  After doing this and making sure that the notifications are unblocked, I still do not receive notifications for Tickets.  What additional help can you provide?
