To convert the sub-brand you are keeping into the default brand and remove the other brands from your instance of SmarterTrack:
- Create a backup of your SmarterTrack database.
- Delete the sub-brand you no longer need.
- Delete the departments assigned to the default brand.
- Delete the brand you want to keep. When prompted, transfer all items to the default brand.
- As needed, update settings for the default brand - such as the brand name.
