Time tracking inaccurate logs

Hello there,

I am hoping that someone has experienced this and may have an answer. We use Google Chrome currently, and are having an issue where any time logs that are generated by the system seem to default to 1M 15S. We are taking the ticket, double clicking to open in a new window, and using the reply option. Generally we are sitting in the reply area writing notes as we go before completing and sending the ticket.

Any help would be great :)
