What is the WBK filter ?
Question asked by Piotr Zejer - 1/19/2019 at 11:47 AM
Answered
The emails from one user to other one are removed because "WBK filter":

[2019.01.16] 20:37:27 [07205] Delivery for t.szamotulski@gmail.com to mateusz.grabowski@lwypolnocy.pl has completed (Deleted) Filter: WBK
What's this and how can I turn off this filter or reconfigure ???

Hi,

I would say it is a custom content filter defined by you globally or your customer in his mailbox content filters configuration.

Yep, as the above post states, this is either a domain-level content filter or a user-specific content filter.

Hi Piotr,

As Sébastien and echoDreamz have mentioned, the filter referenced is either a domain-level or user-level content filter. To find and modify the filter:

  1. Click on Manage in the navigation pane to go to the Domains section
  2. Edit the lwypolnocy.pl domain and click on the Manage button to impersonate the domain admin login. You'll be taken to the Domain Settings > Accounts section.
  3. Click on Content Filtering in the navigation pane. If the WBK filter cannot be found, go back to the Accounts section and click on the mateusz.grabowski user. Click the Impersonate button
  4. Click on Content Filtering in the navigation pane to view the filters that mateusz.grabowski has configured.

When you find the filter, you can delete it entirely or modify it as needed.
