Calendar Appointments View not showing items

In SM 16.3.6802 web UI, clicking on Calendar Appointments View displays "No items to show" regardless of how many events there are in Calendar.
Others views show relevant events correctly.

Hi Ale, 

Are you referring to this All Appointments calendar view? Do you perhaps have text in the search bar? I wasn't able to replicate this behavior in my 16.3.6802 installation.

Hi Andrea, thanks for your reply.
yes, I'm referring to "All Appointments" view, even without any text in the search bar, and I've found that the issue occurs only if I use the web UI in Italian, but it doesn't happen in English.

Thanks for those extra details, Ale. I checked out the calendar behavior while using the Italian translation, and while I don't see blank appointments on the All Appointments view, I do see some odd behavior. For me, the title of the Day view shows the wrong date, and the Agenda view is not showing any appointments. 

I will forward my findings and your report to the development team for their review and resolution. It sounds like the issue you're experiencing is a bug in the software, and fixes they apply to resolve the wrong title and blank Agenda view may resolve your issue as well. However, if you'd like a direct review with the Support team, I'd be happy to submit one of the Email Tickets on your account. (Keeping in mind that we refund the ticket back to your account when an issue is caused by a bug in the software.)

Hi Andrea,
any update on this?
I can confirm that the title of the Day view is wrong, and doesn't change regardless of the day you are moving to, while the Agenda view works in my case.
These are clearly bugs, and I'd like to see them fixed without any support ticket.

I reported our findings to the development team on September 18th. At this time, I have not heard any updates regarding a resolution. I will keep you updated as I hear more.

Hi Ale,

I heard an update today. The development team cannot replicate the issue of appointments disappearing in the All Appointments view. They will need to review the calendarData.xml file for the account that doesn't display any items in All Appointments view. Please send this file to sales@smartertools.com, and address the email to me.

Hello Ale, 

Thank you for sending the file! A member of the development team reviewed this more and was unable to reproduce the disappearing appointments using the user's calendarData.xml file. 

I know you said you'd like to see this resolved without a support ticket, but I'm afraid that will be the next step for further troubleshooting. I agree that this does appear to be a bug in the software. However, a review with Support is necessary to determine what's causing this particular issue and to get a resolution in place.

Please rest assured that your ticket will be refunded back to your account if it is found to be a bug in the software. If you would prefer, I'd be happy to submit one of your Email Tickets on your behalf with the details we've discussed here.
