If Outgoing Quarantine set to None, the Spam Quarantine does not Deactivate

Resolved
Items continue to collect in the Spam Quarantine, even if Outgoing Quarantine is set to the None.

This is something I reported as well a while back. Only solution was to restart the service, which of course, is not a solution.

This issue should be resolved in the latest BETA release (17.0.6838) and the next maintenance release of SM16, which is tentatively scheduled for today, 24 Sep 2018.
