When Ticket change status lost assignment

I see that sometimes when a Ticket change status from waiting to active it lost assignment.
Its a normal behavior?
Its problematic because I lost it and I have to find it again.

This does not seem like normal behavior. There could be a couple of options that might cause this. I would suggest opening a Support ticket to get some personalized help with this.

I solved the problem, the user was "inactive".
