It sounds like some other process is interfering with the app pool that is running SmarterTrack on your server. Since you are seeing the problem in the morning, this is likely the result of some nightly task, such as a backup or deep virus scan. You might want to try scheduling a nightly app pool reset, to run after any other nightly tasks you might have.
