Agent/User cannot log in SmarterTrack 14.x

I am trying to create an agent in SmarterTrack, which shows up fine. Added roles and departments. But when the agent tries to log in, she can't. It is saying that username/password is incorrect. I am authenticating against AD. I know the password is correct because it works with other logins. Any ideas why this would happen? Thanks!

Hi Ryan.  This issue was fixed in SmarterTrack version 14.0.6752.

Ok, just checked and we are on 6746 so I'll try to upgrade later this evening and try again. Thanks for the reply!
