How to get mail copy of all incoming / outgoing traffic on particular Mail ID

Hello,

One of our user wants to get a copy of all incoming / outgoing mail traffic from his domain on a particular E-Mail ID [may be on same domain or gmail etc]

We have SM 12.x Entrp Edition with us

Any input will be helpful

This can be done using events through the domain or server admin settings.
