Icon Ticket Priorities Smartertrack

Hi,
 
we have a lot of priorities, but in the main page, I see only the blue icon "↓", for our other priorities (also urgent) the Icon doensn't exists.
 
There is the possibility to change/choose icon for our priorities ?
In version 11.x was more readable.

In SmarterTrack 13.1, only the "Normal" priority does not have an icon. Low priority will show a blue down arrow, High priority shows a red exclamation point, and Urgent priority shows a red triangle with an exclamation point in it. If you are not seeing these icons, please submit a support ticket.

when I try to open a ticket this error came out
