Back in version 12, there was at least the options to disable IM and Chat Room features. With the upgrade to version 13, there are no options at all for both IM or Chat Room.

 

Please bring back the options to control enable/disable IM and Chat Rooms. Also please develop more options that allow more/better control over IM and Chat Rooms features. For example, per agent control where only certain agents are allow to IM.
