Reports Not Displaying

When attempting to view the reports under:
Survey Results -> Brand Name - Department Name - Group Name - Display Name
and then clicking "View", I get the following error:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

When clicking "Survey Answers", I get the following error:
Report has failed to initialize

Fatal error encountered during command execution.
What's causing these errors?

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next version of SmarterTrack.
