Under Consideration
Need an open ticket report, like a printable view of tickets.  Usually we print it, and it should match the order of the current view.
 
Subject, opener, support rep, priority, days open, days idle, etc., with some customization.
 
Either currently open tickets, or tickets for a particular time period (can look at open and close dates ;  close date > first date, open date < second date).
