I think it would be great to have smartertrack in an APP. Webbased via phone is not convenient, old fashioned, and it does not give any triggers to a phone to notify on new messages, or anything. So without it, it would still be needed to use an emailprogram via de phone and then start smarterticket, to answer on a message. 
Alternatively It would be an easier fix, to enable smartertrack to forward all messages to emailboxes again, with the correct subjectfield/smartertracknumber. Then it is at least possible to answer properly via a phone.
