Unable to create a brand!

Not A Problem
Unable to create a brand.  There's no Add button to do so, only the Edit button appears.

Support for multiple brands is only available in the enterprise edition. You may want to check your license and make sure it is for the enterprise edition. Ok, that's the problem. 
Would your team consider adding these details to the related documentation? There's no mention of the Edition requirement there.

Thanks Emily. Also, we looked closely at the Brands feature and we think it will be a very good way to provide more personalized support to customers. I've upgraded the license to Enterprise and we'll be trying it out soon.

That's great to hear, Michael! If you haven't done so already, you can reactivate your installation so the enterprise features immediately become available. To do this just login to the management interface as the system administrator and go to Settings > Configuration > Licensing, then click Reactivate at the top of the preview pane.

Thanks! We did that and immediately saw the upgrade and additional agents (which might also be helpful). Appreciate your help with this!

Regarding the upgrade to Enterprise. 
Surprisingly, there's no place on my account where I can see how many tickets I can use and of what type (phone/email) they are.
Therefore, would you provide this information to me?
