Already renewed, however, "Upgrade Protection Expiration" pops up daily!

When you get the notification, do you click the X to close it or do you click Dismiss?  If you are just closing the reminder it will keep popping up. The next time you see it click Dismiss or Dismiss All. You shouldn't see it again after you've dismissed it.

I probably click close so that might be the issue. 
On the other hand, ST should be, um, "smart" enough to realize that I have already upgraded weeks ago and therefore, do not display the popup?  I think there's some logic missing somewhere.

I keep getting the "Maintenance and Support will expire" message too and I've renewed.  Where is this "dismiss" option you speak of?

Hi Judy,

Are you getting the message as a notification that pops up when you login to SmarterMail?  If that is where you are seeing the message that pop up should have a Dismiss and Dismiss All button.  If you click Dismiss or Dismiss All you should no longer receive the alert.  You can also access these by clicking on the notification icon in the upper right corner (the bell icon), then a window should pop open with all your notifications that have not been dismissed.  Take a look at my screenshot as an example.

Also Judy, if Emily's response above resolves this issue; you can adjust the underlying event configuration that is firing this warning as well so that it doesn't notify you nearly as often. Please log in as a system administrator and navigate to Settings>Events. From there, open the Maintenance and Support Reminder event and adjust the Conditions so that it fires only on X number of days, removing the daily entry you have set up here.

I just wanted to post an updated on this.  Judy started a ticket on this and the notification she was receiving was a toast notification (in the bottom right corner of the screen).  I had her reactivate her license and clear her browser cache, that seemed to do the trick.
