Building a Client Side Chat API

I am considering building a web application that provides a Client Side API and works directly with the SmarterTrack SQL database to add the records as they come in from the client. Our Agents would till use Smartertrack UI. Would the team at SmarterTools be willing to provide me with documentation on how the Chat system interacts with the SQL tables. Maybe there is some inside documentation on the new API in V13 someone will share with me under a NDA?
 
The use case for this is to allow tighter integration with website and mobile apps to provide chat support to customers inside the solutions we provide.  
Right now this is not really an option.
