I run a nightly Ticket Status report filtered by department showing Open Tickets. One department has two open tickets, but their report shows seven open tickets. I can find these cases when I search by email address and I see that the cases are closed.
Anyone encounter this or have any suggestions?
I'm still on Version 9.5.5154.21764.
