System.Exception: Null exception (likely a 404 or something else produced by IIS)
Application Error

 

Upon further investigation for several months this similar events like this appear in several logs. This almost looks like an attempt to inject a URL and redirect a user. I have scanned the server for infections and it's clean.

 

Has any one else seen similar issues like this in their logs?
