Smartermail 16 Mail Migration Not working

  • Cannot import there mail boxes from old server
  • Due to this we cannot complete this project
  • All my other implementation went very smoothly but I believe this software version has some issue of mail box migration feature
 
I checked this with "other" option but nothing is working

SmarterMail Enterprise Edition
Version: 16.1.6425
