Custom Help URL target should be set to _blank

I would bet that 99% of the time, the Custom Help URL will be an external website.
 
Thus, best practice would be to open it in a new window from the login screen (Question Mark Icon).  Please consider.

That's a good point, Ron. Inside the app it DOES open in a new window...but the login page does replace the login screen. I'll get it added to our "fix" list.

In version 16.3.6467, released on Sep 15, 2017, this was resolved:
Fixed: Custom help login icon on the home page replaces the login page instead of opening within a new window/tab.
