Change New Ticket Required Fields?

We only accept tickets from logged in uses with verified email addresses.  Is it possible to remove the email address field from the new ticket submission page?  We have users that frequently misspell their email address there.  Seems to me the ticketing system should use the verified email for the logged in account, not whatever they type on the submission field....
