Is there any way to control other users to send emails to Email Distribution Group ID's ?

I want to be in-charge for the certain Email Groups to distribute emails across the organisation. And I want to restrict other users to send emails to these group mailboxes. Is there any way to achieve this in Smartermail? Thanks.!

How about a mailing list with designated whitelisted posters?
