It would be nice to be able to customize for each user the "ribbon" or option bar (the one with New, select, delete, reply, ect) for e-mails. This could work the same way Microsoft's ribbon does, where you can drag from one sub menu to the main bar. It also would be nice to be able to select which sub item is displayed on the reply one. For instance, if a user does more forwarding than replying, making the default button displayed as forward instead of reply.
