Is it possible to remove the “Sorry we missed you!....” text bubble for chat?

This pop's up automatically and seems to serve no purpose, other than getting in the way especially when on a mobile device.

Is it possible to turn it off, or at least change the text to make it more informative?

Hi Art. Go to Settings >> Configuration >> Live Chat.

Select the "Live Chats Link" tab, edit your Live Chat, select the "Live Chat Offline" tab, and make your changes here.
