Knowledge Base "An Error Has Occurred"

Hi!
 
I have just installed SmarterTrack 12.6 under IIS8. But I get the following error when trying to access the Knowledge Base: "An Error Has Occurred".
 
I have not changed anything in the configuration concerning KB.
 
PS: there is no "root.aspx" in the kb folder under MRS.
 
What am I missing in the install/configuration?

Found the problem MariaDB was no go. SmarterTrack needs a "real" MySQL.
