Cant find notes field in the contacts on SM15

I am using Smartermail Enterprise 15.5 webmail ,. When you edit a contact, the notes field is missing.

Kon, for some unknown reason, it's called Notes on the display screen, but it's called "Additional Info" when you're in Edit mode. Click the "Additional Info" tab and enter something there.
 
Calling it 2 different names depending on whether you're viewing it or editing it should be corrected. Really, there shouldn't even be a separate tab. Maybe in SM16, they could just move the Notes field on the main Contact screen.

Maybe we can fix editing a Calendar event also. It has the same problem where there's 1 lonely field on a separate tab. Need to move it to the main window where people will see it: https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a88180/calendar-event-description.aspx

Kevind, you are correct and I agree that should be changed. I am wondering now, if this is the reason that all my notes dont show up in the sm15 but shows up in outlook after migration from exchange? The notes that migrated does not show up on sm15 under notes or additional info.

I can't explain why they would show up in Outlook, but not in webmail. What are you using to sync Outlook contacts with SM? ActiveSync?

Maybe the Notes are just stored locally in Outlook and never got migrated...

I am using Active Sync. I was surprised to see the Contact Notes in the outlook., the first place I checked of course is the webmail and thats what led me to the problem not seeing Notes in the Contacts when you edit.

The Calendar events dont show up in either places after migration. I got a Ticket on that issue.
