SMTP stop sending email if email recipient inbox is full

our customer have a oracle based software on their local server, they send reports every day to 100 users using smartermail SMTP.

if one of their users inbox is full then smartermail stop sending emails to remaining users.

can someone help me with this.

We installed Smartermail 15.4.
