ActiveSync Problems

We are continuing to have issues with our customers and ActiveSync. With many customers looking to Office 365 this is key to keeping them on our SmarterMail platform. However these problems are making customers think twice.
 
I have some questions:
 
1. When we change a Subject Line in an email inside of Outlook 2013 or 2016, the change is not reflected on the SmarterMail server. This is possible with IMAP, is that not supported with EAS?
 
2. Sometimes in Outlook 2013 we move an email from the Inbox to a sub folder. However this is not reflected on the SmarterMail server. I cannot give a specific instance though, it just happens sometimes.
 
3. In the upcoming SmarterMail 16 is EAS going to be improved upon?

I am at the point that I may need to abandon ActiveSync altogether. I have had it with how buggy this is and my clients calling to tell me the same.
 
I currently have different emails counts on all my devices, here is the count:
 
Web Mail: 32
Desktop 22
Email on Android: 56
 
I can't run a business with this, I really like the calendar syncing but I can't believe how much money I am spending on this Enterprise Version and I can even have my email sync.
 
What is going on SmarterTools! Why are you releasing yet another version when the current version still has bugs?
