We are continuing to have issues with our customers and ActiveSync. With many customers looking to Office 365 this is key to keeping them on our SmarterMail platform. However these problems are making customers think twice.
I have some questions:
1. When we change a Subject Line in an email inside of Outlook 2013 or 2016, the change is not reflected on the SmarterMail server. This is possible with IMAP, is that not supported with EAS?
2. Sometimes in Outlook 2013 we move an email from the Inbox to a sub folder. However this is not reflected on the SmarterMail server. I cannot give a specific instance though, it just happens sometimes.
3. In the upcoming SmarterMail 16 is EAS going to be improved upon?
