Oops! error upon SmarterTrack installation

Installed SmaterTrack 12.3.6128 on Windows Server 2016 Essentials using the installer and the web based setup wizard that runs after installation (http ://localhost:9996/GettingStarted.htm) gives the following error message:
There was an issue that caused this page to malfunction. System.PlatformNotSupportedException: This operation requires IIS integrated pipeline mode.

 at Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb.OwinCallContext.CreateEnvironment() 
 at Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb.IntegratedPipeline.IntegratedPipelineContext.GetInitialEnvironment(HttpApplication application) 
 at Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb.IntegratedPipeline.IntegratedPipelineContext.PrepareInitialContext(HttpApplication application) 
 at Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb.IntegratedPipeline.IntegratedPipelineContextStage.BeginEvent(Object sender, EventArgs e, AsyncCallback cb, Object extradata) 
 at System.Web.HttpApplication.AsyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() 
 at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) 
I tried changing localhost iiin nthe URL to my actual IP address and it error message shortened to just "Oops! There was an issue that caused this page to malfunction."
Any ideas on how to get the setup wizard to run successfully?

Hi Poin.  Setting up SmarterTrack within IIS will take care of this error.  This KB Article has the instructions for doing so.
