The department's pop account cannot be the same as the From Address for Error Notifications

I'm trying to make changes to a department and am seeing this.
What's going on?

          There were issues related to having a department's pop email the same as other emails, so the rule may have changed since you first created your department. To fix this, you could:
  • Go to Settings -> Setup -> Email Settings -> Error Notifications Tab and change the from address
  • Setup your department to use a different pop account or email address.
