Tickets - 404 Error

I did a fresh install of V12 to try out on a subdomain. Possibly wanting to use your system as opposed to a few others I am testing. However, after installing and logging into the management interface I am getting a 404 Error for tickets. Everything else seems to be working fine. Any ideas to what may cause this?
