It would be very cool to be able to add SmarterMail Chat Users that are on the same SmarterMail server but using a different domain to my chat program or through the webmail interface.

 

Use Case: Some customers have related businesses and they communicate with each other frequently. In fact my business shares work with one of my customers. We both have chat services with 3rd party providers because we want to communicate with each other. Being able to simply add each others SmarterMail XMPP accounts to our chat programs would be ideal.
