Department Selection Message for Live Chats - Not working after v11 to v12 upgrade

Hi All,
Just upgraded from v11 to v12 over the weekend. Everything seems ok except the function Department Selection Message for Live Chats, this is where we would explain to the customers what the various departments do so they can make the best choice.
Since the upgrade, the chat window only displays the department choice, no text at all above it.
 
Are we unlucky, or do others have this issue?
 
It seems like it should still work in a similar way between versions so not sure why ours is not.

Submitted support ticket and this has been found to be a bug.
Fix on future release.

Thank you for the update here, Artur! The fix for this bug should be included in the next release of SmarterTrack.

One small note, although this issue of not showing the pre-selection text is fixed, it seems like it no longer resizes the opening window to fit the text and selection box within. This means, customers see the text, but not the selection box without scrolling.
