Just upgraded from v11 to v12 over the weekend. Everything seems ok except the function Department Selection Message for Live Chats, this is where we would explain to the customers what the various departments do so they can make the best choice.
Since the upgrade, the chat window only displays the department choice, no text at all above it.
Are we unlucky, or do others have this issue?
It seems like it should still work in a similar way between versions so not sure why ours is not.
