I updated SmarterTrack to version 12, but had the upgrade that failed during upgrading so I downloaded the latest version with that fix so it updated fine but getting all kinds of errors using SmarterTrack like I cannot end live chats. I looked at the logs and getting this error every second writing to the error.log in the app_data folder.
