Translation keeps failing in many areas..

I know you probably never test your products in more than English language, but after so many versions and reviews its unbelievable that
a) translations dont work as expected
b) that we need to buy a ticket in order to send you a bug information
 
Department translation does not work at all. 
Options using @@translationstring@@ in Drop down lists of Fields dont work either.
 
I hope someone in ST sees this posts and solves it.

Hello Jorge.  Can you attach a screenshot of where you're seeing this error?  I can probably replicate this locally.

jorge. You would need to upload those to an image hosting site like imgur.com. Then you can link to those with the editor.

Sorry to raise this old topic, but I was currently trying to translate drop down fields options on our SmarterTrack 14 and I can't get the @@translationstring@@ stuff to work in it.
