Weird Install issue with SMTrak.
Problem reported by Merle Wait - May 12, 2016 at 10:13 AM

We have installed a test version of SmarterTrack with no issue.  Now trying to install on actual PROD server and we are receiving an error:  System.Web.HttpResponse.get_Header()
This operation requires IIS integrated pipeline mode.
Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb.CallHeaders.ApsnetRespinseHearders..ct
..
But we have SmarterMail running on this server, under IIS and it also works under SM Webservices.
In addition we have a variable buffet of other sites running on this server with no issue.

How can I have that issue going to localhost:9996/login.aspx  ??

SmarterTools products are no longer use the SmataTrack, or SmarterTools web interfacing. Everything now requires. NET 4.5 (which, when you install, may install as .NET 4.6) to work properly. Additionally, make certain that you DISABLE both IIS and the SmarterTrack, or SmarterMail, SERVICE, IN WINDOWS, and backup both your DATA and SOFTWARE, directories, before doing any MINOR UPGRADE. MAJOR UPGRADES always require a complete UNINSTALL (of the old version of the product) and SERVER REBOOT - prior to the upgrade Once a major upgrade is completed, the SmarterTools IIS must be disabled, or it will interfere with Windows IIS. Since it appears that you are also moving to a new server, youll need to properly map all hosted domains to either the new public IP address, or private IP address in the domain settings. You'll also need to ensure that your PORTS are mapped to the proper IP address, and If necessary, change the FQDH hostmame to the new PUBLIC IP ADDRESS, if it has changed. Ald remember to update any SPF, rDNS, DMARC, abd FEEDBACK LOOPS with the new PUBLIC IP ADDRESS information.

If not disabled, files will be locked. Remember to re-enable IIS, and DISABLE the SmarterMail web interface, as well
