BUG: Notification Emails using wrong Host Header for Multiple Brands (V12)

After upgrading to version 12 (ie this was working before), when an agent receives notification about a new ticket, the "Administrate This Ticket Online" link points to the address of the main ST installation rather than the hostname for the brand.

Any chance you can start a support ticket for this? We'll credit it back, but I'd like you to work with a support agent so we can gather the necessary info and screenshots for the developers.
