How can I create the equivalent of an exchange distribution group? Sales@... info@, etc.

We're a small shop of 3 people.  We need to monitor 7 email addresses, and none of us will be in every group.  In Exchange we used distribution groups.  Is that possible in SmarterMail?  If so, when someone from sales replies, can it come "from" the sales distribution group?

I can think of 3 ways to get mail delivered to multiple mailboxes.
1) "forward" works with miltiple email addresses i believe (separted by commas). Tell it to not delete email from the mailbox after forwarding.  You create an email account "Sales" and set up forwarding to your personal email accounts.
2) An alias can work, but you can not send email from an alias (being discussed a lot recently)

The question is, are you planning to log into "sales" to send the responding email out ?

Update:
I asked a sort of similar question regarding the "from" at the top and here is the response :

Basically you set up all the accounts you need.
Pick what will be your main account (personal name ?)
Then go into settings and add the others as "smtp" accounts.  Now you can send from them, from your main account. You can set up multiple signatures as well, so when you send from sales it is the sales signature

And to get the emails that are sent to sales, you can either use the forwarding as option (1) I said above, or use message retrieval. either way will get the job done.
